ADIZERO: ROAD TO RECORDS: SATURDAY 26 APRIL 2025
Herzo will be the place to be for breaking records.
On April 26th, our world´s greatest athletes will gather at adidas HQ for a special day of racing. Our goal is to break multiple records at a single event and inspire runners of every levels to realize their full potential.
Everytime a runner ties their shoes and steps out the door, they have the chance to challenge their own personal best and set records that are uniquely theirs. This spirit of personal growth is the driving force behind “Road to Records” – the belief that everyone can improve, as the global adidas running community comes together beyond just the results.
EVENT BACKGROUND
At Adizero: Road to Records we are bringing together some of the world’s greatest athletes who are pushing the limits of what is possible, enabled by our products. Up to this point, we’ve broken 33 records – including 7 world, 24 national and 2 continental records– but our athletes won't stop there.
2024
In 2024, we continued the winning streak including nine National records and two U20 World records. At “Adizero: Road to Records” a new World record was also set in the men´s mile race
2023
In 2023, we set new benchmarks with two World U20 records, six National records, one Regional record and a string of stunning finishes at the adidas HQ.
2022
In 2022, we achieved the first ever Men´s 10km race with five athletes below 27 minutes. We also broke one European record and nine National records.
2021
In 2021, Agnes Jebet Tirop and Senbere Teferi broke the 10km and 5km World records respectively
