Comfortable to wear and easy to match with different outfits. The only confusing part was that the order was split into two deliveries and arrived two days apart, without a clear explanation. Not a big issue in the end, but it would be good to have clearer communication. Overall, very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend this bag.
